Pam listed my house for sale back in June. By July I had multiple viewings and and offer. She was an excellent resource in setting the listing price, taking photos, and in negotiations that ultimately led to a contract for sale of the property. During the course of the listing I replaced the hot water heaters in the property and, in several cases, Pamela went above and beyond being a listing agent by meeting and unlocking the doors for the workers and making sure the place was locked up tight when they were gone.
