With over two decades working in Real Estate, Pam Youngelman excels in all facets of the industry, representing buyers, sellers, and investors in residential and commercial markets. She epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in all details of a real estate transaction. Pam is honored to bring her expertise and track record of success to her new position as Assistant Vice President Branch Manager at Coldwell Banker. Raised in Rogers Park, Pam comes from a real estate family. Growing up, she spent a great deal of time at her mother's real estate office. After graduating from DePaul University, Pam followed in her mother's footsteps and launched her career in Chicago at Coldwell Baker, Leader Realty. With the guidance of her mother's peers, she learned the ins and outs of the real estate market. It only took her first sale to see that real estate was not only in her DNA but her passion as well. After learning the ropes, Pam relocated to New York City to be with her now-husband, Eric. Once licensed in New York, she joined a small brokerage, leading to a two-year experience as the listing manager for a prominent real estate company in New York City. Pam successfully led a team of agents during a period of rapid expansion and tremendous growth. In 2013, Pam and her family returned to sweet home Chicago, where she focused on residential real estate sales. With her warm, authentic people-focused approach, she quickly formed a strong network of clients on both sides of a transaction by working tirelessly on their behalf. Along the way, Pam earned multiple awards, including the Rising Star, Honors Society, and Leading Edge.
