Great agent!

Pam went above and beyond to get things wrapped up as quickly as possible. Our sale wasn’t exactly easy and she stayed on top of it, making calls daily. I would think ours was a unique experience, but just know that with Pam, she will get the job done whether it’s easy or difficult!

This realtor will make sure you are treated right!

Pam was great to work with. From the start in this competitive market she made sure we were treated right. I think our house was only really on the market for about 16 hours total and we had several offers for over asking price. She made sure to help us through every single step, as first time sellers. Towards the end, the closing attorney made a mistake that could have cost the sale, but Pam fought for us and made sure everything was corrected. She even ensured that we had a place to go for the month between selling and closing on our new home. From the start to the finish, working with Pam was a positive and easy process. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy in the Lake Marion/Pee Dee area.
