Pam helped me buy my first home in 2018. Before deciding to buy I spent several months learning the home buying process from mortgages to closing and was prepared to buy before searching for a realtor. Because it was such a sellers market it was important to me to find someone who would respond quickly to any new listing that interested me. We viewed several properties and I quickly learned how observant and knowledgeable she was. I built houses for a living for several years and she was easily as knowledgeable about construction methods and which problems were serious and what was superficial. We saw the listing for the home we bought the day it was listed, scheduled a viewing the next day and made an offer the following day. Her negotiation skills were top notch and she was able to get the price reduced several thousand more than I thought possible. She "knows a guy" for everything I could come up with from inspectors to the escrow attorney and they were all consummate professionals just like Pam. She recommended a different mortgage option that was more complicated but cheaper than what I had in mind and despite the added difficulties saved me nearly 10% a month in payments. I cannot recommend her high enough and despite having other clients I would never have known she was working for anyone but me.
