Introducing Pam Wadler, a seasoned Realtor based in Maryland who has been serving the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware since 2000. With 23 years of experience in the field, Pam has held several leadership positions within the local real estate association, including Past President. She is also one of the co-founders of Shamrock Realty Group and played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding this successful real estate brokerage for over 15 years. Throughout her career, Pam has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. In September 2019, Pam played a key role in facilitating the agreement between SRG and ERA Martin Associates, resulting in the creation of the Shamrock Division of ERA Martin Associates. Although she is gradually transitioning away from her management role, Pam continues to be actively involved as a Realtor for both buyers and sellers. Before her career in real estate, Pam worked in the telecommunications industry and held various financial management positions. She is now proud to be a part of Coastal Resort Sales & Rentals, LLC and is committed to assisting you with all your real estate needs. Pam and her husband Jeff have been full-time residents of Ocean Pines, Maryland for over 27 years, and she looks forward to continuing to serve her community for many more years to come.

Pam goes above and beyond!

I used Pam to buy my home three years ago and to sell my home - closing yesterday. I am relocating 5 hours away. Pam is following up on my estate sale and making sure the home is empty for the new owners. She is the best!!

Review..Pam Wadler

We recently sold our house in Ocean Pines MD and had Pam as our realty agent. She was excellent We had a last minute problem with moving furniture out of the house and Pam came to our rescue! She found someone who needed furniture and had a moving truck. They moved the entire house of furniture the next day! She is an angel agent. Her partner Rosie was excellent also. We cannot say enough about Pam's excellence as a realty agent and a problem solver!
