We could not possibly have asked for better folks than Pam Wooddell and her team. They took care of everything for us while we were miles away. Even through the catastrophic flooding in Wilmington, Pam kept in touch and reassured us about our property. Pam made us feel like family right away and all during the process. She and her team were thorough, responsive, energetic, and way beyond helpful. We've already recommended them to other folks, and will do so again.
