Pamela Valenciano

I was thinking about selling my home and relocating out of state and Pamela was there for me every step of the way. In the months prior to me listing the home she sent me comps and comparative market analyses to help me see what the market was doing. When I was ready to list I was out of town so Pam and her team went in and tidied up the house, moved valuable items and coordinated the photographer. She even had the task of tidying up my 18 year old's room which can be a disaster at the best of times. The pictures were gorgeous (I've seen a lot of awful listing pictures in my day so I know what I'm talking about) and the home looked beautifully staged even though it wasn't. She handled the open house while we were out of town and made sure that she had plenty of associates to help manage the traffic in and out of the house. We got an offer over asking within 4 days of listing the house and she negotiated a great rent back for us. She communicated with me every step of the way and the closing went smoothly. I moved out of state otherwise I would use her services if I ever sell again.
