Pam listed our home, in 24 hours we had an accepted offer!
After having negative experiences with local realtors for a year, I had pulled our house from the market. Pam came to me highly recommended by a trusted friend. She promised to work hard and quickly sell our home. I gave her a chance and I was not disappointed. Within one day of her listing our home we received three offers with one nearly $30K over asking price. We had a signed contract within the day. Awesome service provided by Pamela Settles.
