A True Professional!

We couldn't have asked for anything more in a REAL professional realtor and a friend. Pam is genuinely a one of kind outstanding, honest, hard working professional. We had our home on the market with another realtor for a year with mediocre effort in selling/marketing our home and got multiple lousy offers. We decided to give Pam a call after the contract ended. Sooooo glad we did and wished we had 1 year ago. Pam gave us her honest feedback about what we needed to consider to improve in addition to bringing in other knowledgable professionals to provide value added recommendations. Our home listed after we implemented Pam's valuable recommendations in late July and the property sold in August! JUST AMAZING! Pam is an absolute jewel, flexible, high integrity and met with contractors in our absence. The best part is Pam sold our home close to our appraised value! THANK YOU again, Pam.
