Finding a Realtor is not difficult, most webpages advertise Realtors in your area ready to help you transact on a home. My situation required a little extra attention. I began with the Dave Ramsey authorized Endorsed Local Provider (ELP) and interviewed three or four. Most were eager, capable, and well organized; but Pam stood out. When I finished each interview, I offered each Realtor a chance to ask me questions and Pam did just that. She impressed me with her insightful questions and understanding responses.
