Above and beyond expectations! Pam has depth of knowledge in the local housing market as well as a depth of networking connections. I live out of state and needed to sell the home of a family member in RI. Pam did an exceptional job of navigating me through the selling process, by providing recommendations on resources to empty and then clean the house (at reasonable prices!), finding a local lawyer, and supporting the online review and approval of documentation. As a result, the house sold quickly and for more than I had anticipated. For me, what stands out is her ease of communication, both professional and personable. We met at the front end and the back end of the process and communicated via phone and email regularly in between. It was such an enjoyable partnership that I feel like we have known each other for a long time. I would be very happy to work with her again.
