Pamela is well versed in many aspects of her position. Whenever I had a question, concern, breakdown etc she there and ready to assist. She made all the terminology easy and understandable. Pam was great and I really, really liked her on a personal level. She did a few things to help me get my house ready and talked me through all my stress and freak outs. I really appreciate all she did for me there. However on the business side, she told me incorrectly on a few things. It ended up costing me money. She tried her best to rectify, but I ended up only recovering about half or $500. Not a lot on the size of the transaction, but still a lot to me.
I really, really like Pam on a personal level. She made buying and selling a lot of fun. However, I asked her to get a few things in writing from the seller of the house and she said we didn’t need it. Ended up the seller claims that’s not what she told Pam and I ended up getting screwed and now it’s going to cost me money to get the situation corrected, at least $1000. I’m really disappointed and frustrated that I didn’t insist, but I trusted her word and thought it would be ok and I was wrong. She also let me sign a form at the closing about a permit transferring from the seller to me that basically forces me to have to spend the $1000.
Very knowledgeable, always available for questions and provides great advice. Knows how to motivate the seller without being pushy.
