My opinion of RE brokers BP (Before Pam) a dime a dozen, insidious, unprofessional, ill-prepared. Pam completely changed my opinion! Pam was insightful, fastidious & sharp. Pam knows all the latest details of the ever-changing RE laws & Cape Cod housing market. Pam has connections with all the best lawyers, contractors, movers etc.. you name it she's got you covered. We had a contractor back out on us last minute before closing, Pam saved the sale, her contractor stepped in days before closing and got the job done in time and on budget.
