Honest. Worked hard. Great local knowledge of and relationships with housing market, title company, HOA’s, lenders and various inspection companies (septic/pest/survey etc.) Always available for questions. Good communication and response to questions and strategies. Pam works hard to make good deals for all parties. Fair and honest.
Pam was extremely helpful and proficient when it came to being my realtor. She went above and beyond my expectations and when it came down to helping me purchase my home and I couldn’t be anymore grateful and happy with the outcome. She was patient and explained everything to me when I had questions or concerns and made everything as simple as possible for me.
