I've worked on three transactions with Pam. She is wealth of knowledge in the neighborhoods where I have invested in Los Angeles. Through her we were able to secure the funding to make improvements prior to the sale of our last investment which greatly improved the marketability. We put our last property up for sale at a challenging time when interest rates began to rise but we were able to still find a solid buyer at a great price. Could you share a memorable experience or story that exemplifies the level of service you received from the team? The house was built in 1938, so there were some plumbing issues (this was a rental). The day it was occupied, one of the toilets backed up and none of the nationally recognized plumbing shops would fix it before installing in a master cleanout valve. Pam sent someone the next day who fixed the stoppage and installed the master cleanout in 4 days. I know if it hadn’t been for Pam, based on other quotes, the renters would’ve been displaced for at least 2 weeks. 3. Did our team demonstrate a strong understanding of the Los Angeles market?
