She was amazing....maybe even AWESOME !!! She made it as problem free as possible. She took over !!! The house needed significant refreshing. She helped with getting people to do the work...she got involved with selecting materials, paint colors, etc. She even got someone to mow and kept it looking good. She handled the project in a very professional, expeditious manner..keeping me informed all the time. Today I received the funds. She sold it at a price I never dreamed I would get. I didn't even have to go there for closing or anything. No question....she was absolutely AWESOME !!!
