I am an older lady, moving from a house to a condo. Pam was calm, reassuring and walked me through every step patiently. She never failed to respond to a call or text within an hour or two (and there were many). To begin with, she came to my house and explained step by step what I might do to increase its salability. It was a week's work for my family but we followed her suggestions and it must have worked. We had three buyers look the first day it was online, with six requests for the next two days.
