I am an older lady, moving from a house to a condo. Pam was calm, reassuring and walked me through every step patiently. She never failed to respond to a call or text within an hour or two (and there were many). To begin with, she came to my house and explained step by step what I might do to increase its salability. It was a week's work for my family but we followed her suggestions and it must have worked. We had three buyers look the first day it was online, with six requests for the next two days. Several more came in quickly the second day. I sold it to one of the first day buyers for $30,000 over asking price. I was amazed and delighted. Oh, and she found me the perfect condo, also. She works hard for her clients and is a truly nice person to work with.
