Pam is an amazing realtor. Since it was our first home purchase (build) we were definitely out of our comfort zone. She walked us through every step, every bump, surprise and finally the joy of closing on the house. Pam knows her information and has a plethora of connections that she will use to ensure the job is complete and her clients are completely satisfied. Unfortunately we found our forever home and plan to never need a realtor for buying a home (unless a second on in Tennessee), but if we ever do, Pam is the one we will use and we recommend her to everyone we know that is in the market. Pam has far and above been the best we've worked with. Her biggest strength is her ability to recognize her clients needs and be an advocate to get what they are looking for. She's honest about what she thinks is a reasonable offer, even if it's not what you want to hear. But the difference is she can and will explain why and then coach you to help you decide if it's the right deal for you. Although we don't plan on moving again for the next 20yrs at least, if Pam is still in the biz, we'd call her first!
