Pam was amazing. First, it’s important to understand how we got here. I made a list of the “must haves” and “nice to have” features that I wanted. I sent this in advance to the first agent I tried so we didn’t waste each other’s time. The agent took me to three places none of which had the “musts” on my list. I found Pam and based on her reviews decided to give her a try. Sent the same list in advance. First house she showed me was perfect. All of the mosts and a lot of the nice features I wanted. We looked at a few others and I ended up purchasing the first one she showed me. This was my 12th real estate transaction and while it’s always a challenge working with a builder on new construction, it would have been a total nightmare without Pam. She was involved every step of the way and the most proactive person involved in the process. The most professional, detail-oriented, knowledgeable agent I have ever worked with. I usually don’t write reviews but it would have been an injustice to not highlight Pam’s expertise.

Pam made our first home buying experience a great one! She was always so flexible to meet us even at the last minute to go see a few homes that just went on the market. Very professional and had such a great personality. Everything went very smoothly during the entire process. I would greatly recommend using her if you are looking for a home. Thanks again for everything Pam! We are enjoying being homeowners!
