Pam was great! She fulfilled all of my expectations. She was very friendly, a great listener, well prepared, knew the local housing market well and ready to answer whatever questions we had about selling our house and pricing it exactly to...sell. Her Real Estate Service Proposal spelled out in details and pictures what to expect when selling our home. We had a house with a solid structure and well taken car of, but we knew modern upgrades were needed. She took all of that into consideration, told us what she thought the price to sell could be, then we thoughtfully set a price to sell. Before it officially went to market, we raised it when we told her of some of the upgrades we recently made and after one week, quickly recognized anther lower price adjustment was needed. When we did this the home sold in one week, so we had the home on the market for two weeks at a time when the market is traditionally slow (late October) and had it sold and went to settlement before Christmas. Her professionalism & honesty, her knowledge and her willingness to work with us to sell our home quickly and at the right price was greatly appreciated and welcomed!! We would highly recommend Pam to anyone looking to sell their home in Central NJ.

Pam did her homework and provided an excellent presentation to us on our journey to sell our home. She used the matterport camera to take a 3D tour of our home. Very impressive! The packaging and presentation on the web site was terrific. So many buyers look very carefully on the internet before making a decision. So having a captivating site is very important. Our home sold in less than 12 hours after posting on the web.
