Pamela had a very difficult property to sell as it was in a very remote area with many problems to solve. She not only managed to solve the issues but sell the property in a very timely manner. All this was done while the Northern California wildfires were burning, which damaged part of the property. She still managed to close the sale.

Pamela was adept at providing just the right amount of communication through the entire process, allowing me to work from home with a minimum of interruption. The sale of this rural property brought some interesting surprises and I was impressed by Pamela's knowledge of what had to be done and when. All activities prior to sale went smoothly and on-schedule. The week before closing, Pamela set up a meeting at the property with the sellers, (Me) and the buyers while final inspections were taking place. Although, this not being a standard practice, it was necessary to instruct the new owners how to "operate" the water and associated infrastructure. In addition, this meeting was helpful to me in that I realized that our family home was going to new people that would love and cherish the property for many years. I believe that I was struck by good fortune by selecting Pamela to handle this delicate transaction.

I can honestly say I feel like Pam is a family member. My husband and I clicked with her right away. The first time we made contact with Pam she was in a dentist chair, right then we knew she was going to work hard for us.
