Our Liberty Lake waterfront home sold the FIRST day the listing went live and we had our money in FIVE days. Pam had EVERYTHING well prepared and in order for a sale. She was always responsive and available to our calls and emails and pulled off this sale in April, in the middle of Covid when the 'real estate world and the world' were in lockdown.
