Pamela is patient, details oriented, looking out for the best of her client (seller) and buyer. Pamela spent a lot of time getting the house ready for sale and provided great insights. We were in an older home that needed many updates , which we did not want to have to be involved in. Pam was able to get a buyer for us who needed a larger home like ours but had some financial problems. We were able to sell the house for our price with a little creative financing.
