Pamela Caldwell is an excellent example of a person who has so much experience in real estate that she made the impossible look easy. I am new to the Phoenix area and relocated from the East Coast (Philadelphia, PA). While still in PA, I talked with Pam about some available rental properties that unfortunately went off market before I could devote serious effort into the application process. Pam reached out a few weeks later as I finalized my move to Phoenix and was able to find an interim 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for my family of 4 within 3 days. This home was not on the rental market but Pam presented our time crunched dilemma convincingly to the homeowner and we had a Phoenix home. Obviously, when we started looking seriously at buying our first home, we reached out to Pam. She led us through first time home owneffdggr challenges and found us a brand new construction home in an excellent area, 10 minutes from my work, and priced below the sq.ft, cost of homes that were built 30+ years ago.
