Pam was very helpful in the selling of our home, although there were some "hiccups", we felt like she stayed on top of things and kept in touch with the buyers realtor and guided him to other options, ( I believe he was a new realtor). She always answered texts or phone calls in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is selling their home.

Pamela Cable is a top notch realtor, second to none in our opinion. She is professional, has extensive knowledge of the area, is very responsive and her negotiation skills are second to none. Our situation was a little different than most as our permanent residence is in Illinois and the house we wanted to sell is in Arkansas. The long distance did not affect Pam's abilities to provide superior customer service. Once the house was listed, the showings started immediately (the next day!) Since we lived so far away, Pam took care of several issues for us... i.e. our dishwasher was listed on the home inspection report as being "wired" incorrectly. Pam couldn't get a service person to look at it in a reasonable amount of time, so she took a look at it herself and was able to fix the issue! If you are wanting to buy or sell a home, we would highly recommend Pam Cable!

Pam answered all of my questions very quickly. Got me a lower price on my house than asking. Addressed all the repair issues and got a home warranty for me that the seller paid for. She saved me alot of money and did such a wonderful job. Then we sold our old house and she got what we really wanted for it. She did such an awesome job that when my brother went to buy a house a few months later that told him there is no one else I would trust more. Now he is in the middle of buying his new home with her.
