I was a single, senior, ready to sell my 4 bedroom, two story home. Because I volunteer for Aging Next, a senior care organization, I was referred to Pamela Bergman, who specializes in transitioning seniors into downsizing to smaller homes or assisted living. Meeting Pam the first time, I knew instantly, she was the perfect person to see me through the overwhelming experience I was about to endure. Pam took into consideration every aspect of my needs not just the selling of my home. She took the time to listen to what was going on in my very stressful personal life and with gentleness and respect guided me through the process without ever feeling like I was being rushed. Pam has a plethora of resources, she absolutely took care of everything: moving furniture, trash hauling, fix-it people, painters, gardeners, deep cleaners, window cleaners and anything in between. She steps in herself as needed, she picked up a rake more than once to gather leaves. Pam’s efficiency is exemplary, putting together the photographs for the listing, open houses, coordinating showings, communication, the escrow closing process, all that was done professionally leaving me feeling like I was being very well taken care of. I can’t say enough about Pam, she truly is the best and if you need a prayer or a hug, she gives those too!
