Pam is absolutely incredible. She knows what she is talking about, what she is doing, and is in constant communication. I was never left with questions at any point in the process. She fought tooth and nail for everything for me and my boyfriend in our purchase. To say Pam went above and beyond is an understatement. This was my second time buying, but my first time working with Pam, and I can never have another realtor again in any purchase or sale of a property. She has exceeded all of my expectations. Pam is very knowledgeable about her work, she is an advocate for her clients, flexible with her schedule and being able to make showings work with everyone involved, and she is determined. My experience working with Pam and Vance Belyea was excellent from start to finish.
