Pam is an excellent realtor. We started looking for a home near the end of 2019 and shortly after, the covid pandemic happened, and home prices went through the roof! We didn't rush into a home but continued looking. Pam was always on the look out and it was a tough market. We weren't finding the home we wanted so Pam asked if might be interested in buying a piece of land and building the home we wanted. This is the route we took, and we finally found a piece of land where we wanted to live. She was also a huge help during the closing process as I have never been through this before. Long story short Pam is knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I would highly recommend her.
