Pam was such a big help in finding a home, and she helped me all the way through the process once my offer was accepted. I recommend her without hesitation.

I’ve known Pam through mutual friends and was impressed with her reputation, knowledge of the area and tenacity to get things done. Her deep relationships with local brokers helps immensely in this overbidding market. I’ve used her as a purchase agent twice and sellers agent once, and would recommend her to anyone!

Pam knows Bakersfield and how to get things done. Her reputation with local agents and her credibility helped us get the house we wanted in a super tight market.

She worked really well with my elderly father. She got everything done in timely manner. Would recommend.

We have purchased 9 homes during our lifetime. Pam is, by far, the best and most dedicated real estate agent we have ever dealt with. We l n.v vez Pam! She is like family to us.
