The first thing you should know about Pam, SHE LISTENS!!!! We saw a home and tried to describe what we wanted...bam three minutes in she said “I have your house”. We fell in love with that house and we recently closed on it. Pam is there for you, to guide you literally every step of the way. Pam answers her phone, if not she calls right back. Response time is critical and she has that down pat! Whatever you need in the process she will find a way to help. Her Rolodex is impressive, WHATEVER you need she knows who to call. Pam is pleasant, warm and friendly, I could go on all day. Pam even connected us with a Mortgage Broker (Jason from Embrace) that made the process smooth and easy. We were told by a different Broker we couldn’t do this or that all the opposite of what Jason was able to do. “No problem” is all Jason had to say. This firm stands out and for good reason. You aren’t dealing with a huge conglomerate that could care less. You will experience that one on one care and by the way Shamrock is the biggest and best that you will find. Out of ten stars Pam & Jason get 20!!
