Pam knew the area and neighborhood well. COVID made this year a challenge in terms of knowing what to expect with showings, buyers, etc. But she navigated the situation as a professional. Her advice relative to staging our home was on point, and we had offers on the first day of listing. You can’t ask for much more than that from an agent. But her “after offer” service was OUTSTANDING. She did everything you would want an agent to do to follow up with the buyer’s agent and title company to make my part of the process simple. I would highly recommend Pam to anyone selling.
