Pam & Roland Smith

Although we thought we were experienced home buyers the Smith team filled in the gaps where we were lacking knowledge. Roland was great (and patient) while we decided what type of home to purchase (a fixer upper vs more of a turn key home). While Pam was a star with all the ungodly paperwork. What I most liked was they advised us without inputting their own personal feelings into the deal. I highly recommend both Pam and Roland individually or as a team you can't go wrong. They know the Tampa Bay Area inside and out.

Roland and Pan are a dynamic team together. Always following through every detail from start to end and never missing a beat. They are on top of the home buying and selling process (Facts known because I have used them on both processes.). I highly recommend they to anyone. They both are very easy to get along with and best of all they don't feed you the company bureaucratic nonsense. They will not waste your time and will help you research and make the best decision possible. Two great people doing a great job for any buyer or seller.
