What can I say? Pam is by far the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, We typically buy a house every 3 years or so as we relo quite often from coast to coast, this time we made a stop in Minnesota so here comes the story……we basically wasted 4 weeks with a different realtor, he showed about 15 houses and said that there was nothing else available under our search criteria in the greater MSP area with great schools. We then decided to explore other options and found Pam, she was able to send us about 250 listings in a matter of a day….. she asked a few questions about us, what wanted, needed and narrowed down the search. We then gave her the listing of the last house we owned so that she had an idea of what we were looking for, at that point she narrowed down the search with surgical precision. She was able to find what we wanted, where we wanted and under budget. Her innate understanding of the business made it very easy for us and extremely fast given that we only 4 weeks left to move out of our corporate house. Whether your budget is 100k or 1 million, she will do the best to hit all the key points for the entire family, not to mention she did great with our 2 kids. She was a true blessing, thanks for all the great work you did PAM!!!!!

Pam worked hard to sell our home while we were busy relocating down south. Despite a couple of false starts with a couple buyers that fell through, Pam remained engaged and committed to selling our home. We ended up happy with our sale thanks to Pam.
