Pam was open about the challenges and the opportunities of selling our house. She tackled the details that were overwhelming to us, the seller. We enjoyed her visits as well as her handling of the viewings and inquiries about our property. She patiently guided us through the numerous electronic forms needed to complete the process. There were times I was confused by these details, but Pam clearly explained and walked us through the the process. Pam also provided us numerous suggestions about how to organize our house and help in our goal to downsize. We followed through on several of these suggestions and were able to efficiently organize our move to a new place. As is the case for most sellers, we were at times confused and frustrated with the process of selling your home. Pam guided us through these moments. We wrapped up the sale realizing that many of our frustrations were skillfully handled by Pam. We are very grateful for her professionalism and her guidance.

As the process continued to the closing, Pam went way above what we expected to help us solve some problems that occurred along the way. We would give her an A+ rating.

Pam is very hands on and knows her away around getting a property ready for market. Knows the current market well and is very prompt in getting things done.
