Pam helped the reviewer sell this property

Extremely professional

Pam came prepared with many comps in the area. Was very knowledgeable, personable and capable. She respected us and our property, arrived in professional attire, took shoes off when entering, kept eye contact, made comments while walking through our property that showed she was interested in what we had done to improve the property. She advised us on a good starting point for our listing and had it up on MLS quickly. Our property sold in 3 days over asking price.
