Pam O'Keefe assisted me in buying my first home and made the process not only painless but very enjoyable. I was considering numerous options such as duplexes, fixer uppers, etc. and a large territory so I didn't make it easy on her. She helped me narrow my search down and put my best interests in mind. She is one of the few realtors out there that isn't just looking for the sale. She knew what I was looking for better than I did and would bring up concerns that I wasn't even aware of. All in all she helped me find a great starter home with her negotiation skills got me a very favorable deal. If I had used someone else I probably would have ended up with something I wasn't happy with because of my eagerness to buy. Overall, I would recommend Pam O'Keefe to anyone looking for a realtor that is caring, knowledgeable, responsive, and most importantly looking out for your best interests.
