Pam was great. We met while she was showing a property that she was showing. She was kind and professional from the start. We didn't know exactly what we would qualify for, so she helped us connect with a lender who guided us through the process of pre-qualifying. Pam's whole professional network seems to be great. We were house hunting over a broad geographic region, from Louisville to Berea. She was knowledgeable about the whole Central KY area and ultimately helped us find a beautiful place to call our home. After we found the right place, Pam guided ust hrough the negotiations like a champ. There were two other offers on the house, and she helped us structure an offer that we were able to afford even on our tight budget, but also one that the sellers were willing to accept. It was competetive, but Pam helped us the whole way through. I would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a home in Central KY.
