Pam began working with us in April of 2015. She dove in to the process of assisting us with selling our home, and within 2 weeks of originally meeting with her, we had our home on the market- two days later, we had an offer! I think that it would speak more of her expertise and integrity of character, though, to mention that, although we received and accepted our first offer, it unfortunately ended of falling through about a month in to the process. That didn't slow Pam down, though... She presented my husband and I with different options so that we were able to make an informed decision to begin accepting back-up offers just prior to the first sale falling through. Because of her hard work and diligence, we had another offer immediately following the demise of that first sale, which we were able to accept. Not only that, but during the period after, she worked tirelessly to close the sale, even though it seemed every hurdle possible had been thrown our (and her) way. And she worked through it all with a smile. I can't say enough wonderful things about Pam; she took a difficult experience and made it as easy as possible to work through. I would recommend her to ANYBODY looking for an honest, respectable, hard working, personable realtor in the Traverse City area. (thanks again, Pam :) )

Pam Mork was my agent when I purchased my home in 2012 and she was very patient while we looked through what felt like every home in Leelanau county. Pam is knowledgeable of the area and knows how to keep you going down the right path. I appreciate that she was always available for questions and to make calls to get answers. She doesn't sit and wait for others to do the leg work and that's hard to find in an agent. Pam recently sold my home as my selling agent. Again she was patient with all the questions and was at the front when dealing with a possible buyers lender that was not running the smoothest operation. We eventually had to go with another offer as she was able to keep a back up offer on the table for over 2 1/2 months and we closed within a month of going to our backup offer. I can't say enough about how well she dealt with this situation and took control when it felt like things were falling apart. It really makes a difference having her on your side, helping you through the steps and helping to control the direction of the sale.
