Very professional working job excellent lady

Pam was great to work with and understood our needs and requirements. Since I wasn't from the area Pam was wonderful in helping with local financing, utility companies, inspectors and kept the timeline on track. I would highly recommend her and all her knowledge she brings to the table.

Pam did a great job helping us to get the house staged (using our own furniture and some accents she brought) and getting it ready to be listed. She was very helpful throughout the process and actively worked to bring in multiple offers for the house. Even with some difficult buyer groups, she did a great job of negotiating and getting the deal closed. She is very knowledgeable of the St. Pete area and someone I would definitely trust to help me again.
