John learned the real estate business under the teaching of Dr. John J. Andrews, at the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University. Establishing his own real estate brokerage in 1980,John has gained a statewide reputation as a leader in the industry, he has served the needs of literally hundreds of high-end buyers and sellers who expect and deserve the absolute finest in real estate brokerage representation.
John’s Sunday column in the BUSINESS section of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution was the product of years of helping home buyers and sellers and listening to their concerns. He is a regular contributor to CNN and Fox5 WAGA in Atlanta.
John is the author of six popular books on real estate practices that are widely utilized as teaching tools by both the Georgia Real Estate Commission and brokers statewide.
As the younger, and perhaps more energetic member of the team, REALTOR Pam Landzhev brings her own powerful elements of service and excellence to the team. Pam, has demonstrated her remarkable ability to relate to both clients and customers, whether buyer, seller, or fellow Realtor. She has experienced remarkable professional success in the challenging years of the recent turbulent economy.
Pam truly brings together first-class service with strong connections to our community. Her in-depth studies during completion of the Marketing Degree Program at Georgia State University resulted in a near explosive combination of factors in her partnership with John. Pam has mastered the utilization and implementation of the world wide web, and in particular, participant interactions on social media platforms. Pam is a force with whom to be reckoned in the real estate marketing space. She currently serves the industry in multiple leadership positions and holds the coveted CERTIFIED PROPERTY TAX ANALYST designation from the Atlanta-based Institute for Real Estate Policy. Pam is also a certified Staging Advocate.
