When we walked by the office, and I said to my partner, "Let's just go in and ask some questions," I really had no idea what we were getting into. I had no knowledge of how to begin, what the process would be, how hard (or easy) it would be to sell. Emotionally, I was fragile to consider selling my house of 40 years, but I was also looking forward to change, and a new mountain to climb. Pam made this process so easy. From that first day, she clearly explained the path, what she would do for us, how she would get as many good buyers as possible, how she would explain all the details along the way. I was worried because my house was 100 years old, and in disrepair. Could she find a buyer for such a house? She was always positive, but realistic. Try this price, but accept that price. Consider fixing this up, but don't spend a ton of money. All of her suggestions were honest and allowed us to make the final decision. She was always looking out for us. A strangely written counter offer was challenged. Though sweet and kind, she is not going to allow any one to take advantage of her client! I had so many questions. She had the answers. The best part about working with Pam, was I always felt she was giving me her honest appraisal of any concerns that I raised. She didn't sugar coat, she was direct. And, she is fun to work with. Joyful and straightforward. She was a perfect match for me, being an inexperienced, stressed out seller. Thank you Pam for everything you did to make this process go easy and seamless. And all during Covid!
