In the past 3 years, we have purchased 2 houses with Pam Knipp as our agent. Not only did she take us to see many houses she selected, but also quickly arranged for us to view ones we thought looked interesting! In each case, when we found THE house, she worked late into the night preparing the paperwork and helping us close the deals in near record time. After the closing when some unforeseen issues arose with the first house, she continued to give her time and expertise to guide us through; often calling to find out how we were doing. Wow...just wow. I cannot say enough good things about Pam. After my father passed, I was faced with the daunting task of liquidating all of his possessions, including two homes...from across the country. Additionally, my extreme and chaotic work schedule amplified the difficulty by about a hundred. Thankfully, Pam has held my hand every step of the way, and by far, earned every penny she made on the sale. When I first met Pam I could tell instantly that she was the person for me. She covered all the details of selling my home easy for me to understand and answered any and all of my questions. She offered great suggestions in preparing my home for sale. All documents were reviewed line by line and nothing was left out. Any hurtles that came up including the COVID-19 pandemic she presented the facts and always had a suggestion or two that would help me make a good decision or listen to what i wanted.
