Pam went well above & beyond in assisting me & my siblings with the sale of our parents' beloved 'forever' home after they both passed in 2024 - 6 months apart. Pam recognized the pain we were in and met us right where we were, caring and giving of herself - beginning with the lunch she prepared and provided for us all when we gathered to prepare for the estate sale & eventual sale of the house. Pam's patience, consideration and guidance throughout the process made a heart-breaking experience less painful. Pam put her whole self into the process, showering us with kindness - which is just natural for her, as I came to see - and sprucing up the house with her own funds - mulching and weeding and trimming to make the front of the home more presentable, having the home professionally cleaned, installing a new water heater and even putting up a new flag to replace the tattered on the flagpole. She honored my dad in replacing the flag. Pam is a valuable asset in her field, and I would highly recommend her. I look forward to working with Pam again when I get ready to sell my home in a couple of years.

Our home had unique features that would require unique buyers to make the sale of our home successful. Pam was the perfect person to do that. We called her one day and told her about our situation, needing to move to care for my parents in Mississippi, and she automatically knew of a couple the was looking for exactly those features. Pam was already familiar with our home - the motorhome shed, the farmhouse style remodel, the generac all-home generator and the acre and a half of property in a country setting but close to town. The couple looked at it and instantly fell in love with it! Pam worked with them on the price we were asking, they agreed and the rest is history.
