First time buyer

This was my first time even looking at houses or anything. I didn’t have a realtor at first when I was looking at houses and Pamm was the realtor for the first house I looked at. Even though that house didn’t work out it opened up the door to meeting a great realtor. Pamm was great she was hands on & listened when to what I had to say she helped by providing references with insurance when I told her I was getting spam calls from when I had attempted on my own while helped a ton. She was also able to get me in touch with a great Mortage loan officer who listened & I got a great loan from. It took us a year and probably some months before we even found a place that fit my criteria’s & even helped me negotiate additional add ons that I wouldn’t have been able to go without her. If it weren’t for Pam I would have been over my head & probably wouldn’t have been able to close. Honestly there is no one else I would have rather have had as my realtor than Pamm. Wether this is your first time or not if you’re ever in need of a realtor Pamm is who you’re going to want.
