Excellent knowledge real estate market and homes in the area and selling prices.
Pam reviewed all the aspects of selling our home and helped us in making good decisions about preparing the house and listing the house. She was in contact with us almost daily, with updates on showings, open house, potential buyers, changes due to corona virus, and everything related to the sell. Pam did the little things that helped us during this trying time. She watered plants, made sure all the lights worked, checked the pool water level, checked the house after each showing and made sure the house had an inviting presence for each showing. Pam led us through the closing process, with updates almost hourly. Pam made the process easy with as little stress as possible. She is great!
