When it came time to sell our home, Pam was right on it. Since she was who we used to buy the house, she already knew what the pitch should be. Even at the last minute when there was an issue as whether or not the property taxes were paid, Pam made sure that everything closed properly. Pam was always upbeat and stayed positive that she could sell our home. If there was any criticism, it would be that, while we had two cash offers for our house, Pam steered us to the first offer because, as she put it, they have a little boy and he would love to grow up living in our home. We also think that Pam could have been a little more forceful when the buyers asked to close in 15 days. While we made it out, that brought a lot of stress to us.
