She knows Flagler Beach inside and out, communicates constantly, and her marketing is amazing: drone video, full walkthrough, professional photos, and real guidance on prepping the house. When offers came in, she broke down each one and walked us through the positives and negatives, which mattered a lot because the highest offer is not always the best offer. Highly recommend.

This one went straight to my heart, for so many reasons.
Yes, I absolutely loved 346 N 12th. You both know I did. To represent one of the most iconic homes in Flagler Beach, with so much history, and to hear you so carefully articulate the story behind each beam... was nothing short of spectacular. It certainly was one of those special homes that I will always remember, and I am honored to have been a small part of its history.
To be trusted by your family not once, but twice, is something I will never take for granted. Somewhere along the way, this became so much more than real estate. There is a connection to your family that I treasure, and I have such genuine love and admiration for both of you.
You are two very special people, and I have no doubt that whatever this next chapter holds, you are going to continue doing amazing things with your lives. I feel incredibly fortunate that our paths crossed and that I have been able to be a small part of your journey.
