We hired Pam after interviewing three agents, to help sell my parents house while in probate. Pam is knowable in the process and understands the documentation involved to close a probate sale. She was very familiar with the area the house is located in and came to our interview very prepared. She had several comps to share with us and went through each in detail. When we hired Pam she sat down with us to discuss pricing of the home and had good in-site into our changing real estate market. She was very organized in getting the house photographed and prepped.
