Pam was everything we'd hoped for in a representative to sell our home. She treated our sale like it was the most important (it was to US), even though she's probably done thousands of others. She marketed our home way more than others would've (Instagram posts, videos, posts on many real estate sites, etc.) and offered an open house, even though it sold right before that date. Pam was steady, patient, communicative and always "the adult in the room" when our nerves got the better of us. Her knowledge of the market, pricing, negotiating, other agents and the processing needed to get the deal closed is amazing. I can't imagine a better realtor in the Charleston area! I'm SO thankful we chose Pam for this life-changing experience. She helped our dreams come true! HIGHLY recommend, no matter what the price of your home!
